About Eva Duboff

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Wayne State University (2023) and have been practicing since 2022. I also earned a Bachelor of Science in Childhood Development and Family Relations from the University of New Mexico. I completed my early education at Lowell High School in San Francisco.

My work is grounded in an understanding of how early environments and relationships can shape future emotions and relationships. I take a collaborative, reflected approach, helping clients build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and navigate challenges with greater understanding and self-trust.

I have experience working with individuals and couples across a range of concerns, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and relationship challenges. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space while offering practical, evidence-based strategies tailored to each person’s goals and needs.
